Registration Deadlines
Registration is open to all members, prospective members and other interested individuals, with the opportunity to secure a discounted rate if registered on or before February 21, 2024. All registrations received after February 21, 2024, will incur the full registration rate. Payment must be submitted at the time of registration, or by the respective registration deadline, in order to receive discounted rates.
Confirmation
All registrants will receive an email confirmation/receipt of registration. If you do not receive confirmation from LMA within 24 hours of registering, please contact us or call us at +1 312 673 6894.
Payment Policy
All payments must be received in full by the conference date, April 3, 2024, to gain access.
Registration Change Policies
All cancellation and refund requests must be made via email. Cancellation requests will be honored according to the following schedule:
- Received Between August 8, 2023 – February 21, 2024: Full Refund, Less $150 Fee
- Received After February 21, 2024: No Refund
Substitutions
Need to make a substitution? If you are unable to attend the conference‚ you may designate a substitute to fill your spot. The registration fee will be adjusted based on the substitute’s LMA member status. Substitution requests must be made via email no later than Wednesday, March 27, 2024. There are no refunds for no-shows. Any requests for refunds of room reservations must be made directly with the hotel.
Promotional Photos and Video
LMA conference registration implies consent that any pictures, screenshots and video taken during the conference can be used for conference coverage and promotional purposes. LMA is able to use your likeness without remuneration.
